2. Information You Provide

• Account info: your email and name, collected via Supabase authentication and Sign in with Apple.
• Profile data: your name, avatar photo, location (city), and padel preferences.
• Content you create: generated workouts, saved videos, and activity sessions.

3. Information Collected Automatically

We collect basic app and usage data along with device identifiers such as your user ID. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

4. Photo Library Access

We request access to your photo library only so you can set a profile avatar. Photos you select are not used for any other purpose.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the service, personalize your workouts, track your activity and streaks, manage your account, and process subscriptions.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following service providers to operate the app:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage. Privacy policy.
• RevenueCat — subscription management. Privacy policy.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store billing. Privacy policy.
• AI workout generation: your workout prompts and preferences are sent to an AI provider to generate personalized plans.

7. Subscriptions & Purchases

Billing is handled by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. We receive your purchase status via RevenueCat — we never receive or store your card details.

8. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, your associated data is deleted.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app at any time. Doing so permanently removes your data from our systems.

10. Children

Makina Padel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at admin@makinapadel.com.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including on servers operated by Supabase and RevenueCat. By using the app, you consent to these transfers.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Makina Padel after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
